Exclusive Preview: Looney Tunes #219

May 31, 2014 by Brigid Alverson   1 comments

Here’s a throwback to classic Saturday morning cartoons: An exclusive preview of Looney Tunes #219, which is due out from DC Comics on June 4. It’s a Road Runner story that honors the classic tropes in a new way, with Wile E. Coyote going to hear a motivational speaker who seems to be speaking directly to him. Don’t worry, they’re not getting too deep—there’s still plenty of slapstick humor in this comic. Check out the preview and then check out the comic in your local comic shop or on comiXology on Wednesday.
