Preview: Pirate Penguin vs. Ninja Chicken

September 4, 2011 by Brigid Alverson   1 comments

Pirate Penguin and Ninja Chicken are the best of friends—and the worst of enemies. They fight a lot, but their fights usually end up with them making up, sharing a smoothie, or sneaking away to avoid getting in trouble. Ray Friesen’s Pirate Penguin vs. Ninja Chicken is a colorful, cheerful, goofy book that’s a lot of fun for kids—and will probably hold some chuckles for grownups as well. Enjoy!

Ha, this looks awesome! I want to get this for my son but I’ll probably end up loving it myself. What could be better than penguins (which I happen to love), pirates, and ninjas?
