  • The Elephant in the Room, by Cyndi Marko, first of two chapter books about the only girl in the family who can see the title character, Penguin Workshop, summer 2025.
  • Go Back and Get It, by Mariah-Rose Marie, a debut in which two mixed-race sisters drive through the American South to visit family, Random House/Make Me a World, 2026.
  • How Do I Draw These Memories?, by Jonell Joshua, graphic memoir debut with prose and illustrations, Levine Querido, spring 2024.
  • Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur: Wreck and Roll, by Stephanie Williams and Asia Simone, the title heroes have to stop criminal skaters, based on the TV show, Scholastic, spring 2024.
  • Refugee: The Graphic Novel, by Alan Gratz and Syd Fini, adapting Gratz’s novel about young refugees in 1939, 1994, and 2015, Scholastic, 2025.
  • Wish I Was a Baller, by Amar Shah and Rashad Doucet, graphic memoir about a teen sports journalist in the 90s, Scholastic/Graphix, 2025.
