Choose Your Own Adventure: Eighth Grade Witch TP – Oni Press brings the popular game novels to the graphic novel format. Rabbit enters a ghoulish world of nightmares, witches and ghosts as she and her parents move into a reportedly haunted house the day before Halloween. As Rabbit, readers will get to choose which adventure or nightmare they’ll embark on. They can try to find out about the mysterious Witch Prudence Deadly, go trouncing through a spooky graveyard to meet ghostly ancestors, or channel some witchcraft with classmates. With no two paths leading to the same destination, readers will get to decide if they choose a path that leads to the light or one that leads to a gruesome end. This title will engage readers again and again with its 20 different endings to go through.

Bedhead Ted GN – Quill Tree Books debuts a graphic novel about the power of friendship and unruly hair. Ten-year-old Ted just wants to fit in as he starts the fourth grade, but his unruly red hair makes him the target for the school bullies. It’s how he got named Bedhead Ted. Fortunately, he has his best friend Stacy to get his mind off the mean comments. Stacy is obsessed with unraveling the mystery of the mythological Brookside Beast–a giant raccoon–who is terrorizing the town. Ted is ready to help, until Stacy makes some new friends, leaving Ted feeling more alone and weirder than ever. But when Stacy goes off alone to search for the beast, it’s up to Ted to help with his hair’s new found power; it can lift, stretch and catch anything! Fans of Hilo and Lunch Lady will love this new title.
