Wings Of Fire Volume 4 The Dark Secret GN – Graphix continues the graphic adaptation of the fantasy novel series. The NightWing Starflight has wanted to see the home he was taken from and meet others of his tribe. But the NightWings hide a dark secret. Starflight is stranded and alone in the dark, miserable place his tribe calls home. He only wants to get back to his friends, but several innocent RainWings have been captured by the NightWings. Starflight must find a way to negotiate with his fellow NightWings to free them, and maybe even an end to the war. He may be the smartest of the dragonets, but now he will have to find a way to be brave before it’s too late. With plenty of action and new twists, this is a volume not to be missed.

Tammy And Jinty Special 2020 – Rebellion updates some older British girls comics for the 21st century. This issue features two stories. First, Tabatha and Richard are two orphaned siblings who live at a boarding school in Sussex. When Richard starts exhibiting some strange powers, Tabby starts investigating. She finds things aren’t as they appear at the school, and that their lives may be in danger. The second story is a reboot of the older series Cat Girl. A mysterious thief is targeting the city’s most wealthy. While her private investigator father tries to solve the mystery, Claire Carter attends the costume party of a popular Youtuber dressed in her mother’s old Cat Girl costume. When the host becomes the thief’s next victim, it’s up to Claire, with her newfound powers, to stop them. These tales of clever and courageous girls will appeal to tween and teen readers.
