Flower Of The Witch TP – Dark Horse brings over a coming-of-age story by Italian creator Enrico Orlandi. Tami is on a journey. Forbidden to return to his home in south until he has become a man, he has been defeating monsters and saving princesses. But it has not been enough. Now, he must find the fabled “flower of the witch.” His quest brings him to a village in the far north, where he inadvertently sparks a feud between the villagers and the demon Yabra. As the conflict escalates, Tami will have to choose between completing his quest and protecting the villagers who have sheltered him, and whom he has come to love. This tale of adventure and compassion will make a great addition to any middle grade collection.

Peanut Butter And Crackers Volume 1 Puppy Problems GN – Random House Books for Young Readers introduces a trio of pets kids will love. Crackers is a rescue dog who’s a bit on the nervous side, and Butter is a very plump cat who is all about himself. The two have a good life, with a big backyard, nice couch, and good eats. Their quiet, comfy life is disrupted by Peanut, a new puppy. He has big, floppy ears, unabashed energy, and dips into everybody’s food bowl. His drooling, chewing, and fear of the dark have pushed Butter and Crackers too far. The puppy has to go! But when Peanut wanders out after the backyard gate is left open, the older animals have a change of heart. Remembering what it’s like to be alone, they head out after the lost puppy. Early readers will love this laugh-out-loud story of acceptance and friendship.
