Preview: ‘Primer’
Today we have a preview of Primer, a new middle-grade graphic novel from DC, written by Jennifer Muro and Thomas Krajewski with art by Gretel Lusky. While most of DC’s middle-grade books feature characters from the established DC superhero universe, Primer stars a brand-new superhero, Ashley Rayburn, the daughter of a career criminal who may have found a new home with her foster parents, Kitch, a laid-back art teacher, and Yuka, a scientist working on a top-secret project. In this preview, Ashley finds what Yuka has been working on—and gets her superpowers. The book will be released on June 23. Enjoy!
