This Week’s Comics: Big Frozen

Disney Frozen True Treasure #1 – Dark Horse Comics prepares for the release of Frozen 2 with a prequel mini series. While preparing for a tribute to their beloved parents, King Agnarr and Queen Iduna of Arendelle, Elsa and Anna stumble upon some old boxes filled with their belongings. As they go through the boxes, one of their youngest childhood memories is sparked, setting the sisters on a scavenger hunt filled with more memories, mystery and surprise. Frozen 2 is one of the highly anticipated movies being released this year. This lead up to it will whet the appetites of Frozen fans young and old.
Big Hero 6 The Series #1 – IDW Publishing releases a new series based on the adventures of the heroes of San Fransokyo. When Hiro, Honey Lemon, Wasabi, and Go Go are all off on a class trip for the day, Fred is left at home to defend San Fransokyo. With the possibility of giant robots attacking the city again, Fred will have to come up with a strategy for fighting on his own. What better way to do it than by creating his own comic book? This new ongoing series, based on the Disney Channel cartoon, will bring new adventures, new friends, and new adversaries to the Big Hero 6 team for fans of all ages to enjoy.
