The List:

Dinosaur EmpireEarth Before Us Volume 1 Dinosaur Empire GN – Amulet Books releases the first volume in a new edutainment series. Ronnie, a normal 5th grader, is just trying to pass her science class on the history of dinosaurs when she meets her neighbor Ms. Lernin, a retired paleontologist. Ms. Lernin takes Ronnie back in time and space to experience the Mesozoic Era first hand, coming face-to-face with real-life dinosaurs and reptiles. There have been a lot of good books for kids about dinosaurs, but this series takes the unique approach of showing the important effects the dinosaur’s era has had on our world today.

Gotham Academy Second Semester 12 headerGotham Academy Second Semester #12 – DC Comics wraps up this beloved series with an emotional finale. Olive, possessed by the spirit of her mother is poised to raze Gotham City to the ground. But Maps, who has been Olive’s truest friend throughout the last year, is determined to make one last attempt to reach her. At stake is not just their friendship, but all of Gotham! Gotham Academy has been on of the few shining lights in the darkness that pervades the DC Universe. It will be missed. Check out our exit interview with the creators for more.
