The Picks:
Princeless Make Yourself #0 – Action Lab starts a new chapter for Adrienne. Two of Adrienne’s sisters have been checked off their list, and Adrienne and Bedelia still have three more rescues to make. But the hardest battles aren’t always with monsters but with yourself, and Adrienne has been putting off one issue for a long time. Finally she has decided to face it. Princeless continues to tell stories that are meaningful and entertaining to kids today, and this new series will be no different.
Batman ’66 Meets The Man From U.N.C.L.E. #1 – DC Comics brings together two icons of 1960 TV. T.H.R.U.S.H., a deadly organization bent on world conquest, has started recruiting some of Gotham City’s most infamous villains. Agents Napoleon Solo and Illya Kuryakin go to the one man who knows everything about these new enemies and can help stop them: Batman. The Dynamic Duo and the Men from U.N.C.L.E. are soon jetting off to Europe to thwart the schemes of this deadly criminal cartel. Even though we had to say goodbye to Batman ‘66, the campy fun continues with this groovy, cross-over miniseries.
