The Picks:

Chi's Sweet Home v12Chi’s Sweet Home Volume 12 GN – Vertical Comics ends one of its biggest hits with another heartwarming volume. It’s time for Chi to move to a new home, after so much time at her current address. She will have plenty of new faces, new smells, and new adventures at her new location, but she must first make an important decision. The story comes full circle as Chi must now decide between home and family, just as the Yamada clan had to a while back. Chi’s Sweet Home has been such a great series, making you laugh and cry, while never forgetting the joy of being a kitten and having pets. This is a finale not to be missed.

2015-HalloweenComicFest-Yo-KaiWatchYo-Kai Watch Volume 2 GN – Viz Media brings over the newest sensation to hit Japan. Yo-kai are supernatural creatures of all shapes and forms that are invisible to the average human. Nate Adams was one such kid until the mysterious Whisper gives him the Yo-Kai Watch, a device that allows him to see and catch Yo-kai. He begins making friends with the mysterious creatures, including the feline Jibanya, and together they start a journey of supernatural adventure. Yo-Kai Watch has a very similar feel to the other big creature-collection franchise, Pokemon, and is sure to be just as fun.
