The Picks:
Peanuts Where Beagles Dare Original GN – BOOM! Studios brings back the famous World War I Flying Ace, Snoopy, in his own graphic novel. While on holiday in France (aka wandering the Peanuts Gang’s neighborhood), Snoopy is recruited for a top-secret mission: Find the Red Baron’s secret base! Leaving his flight crew of Woodstocks behind, he must go deep behind enemy lines to find the informant and meet his arch enemy, the Red Baron, in the blackened skies above. Snoopy’s daydreams of being a flying ace have always been among the best of the Peanuts strips, and him getting his own book of it is fantastic—and just in time for the new Peanuts movie.
Avatar The Last Airbender Volume 10 Smoke And Shadow Part One TP – Dark Horse returns to the world of the original Avatar, Aang, the Last Airbender with their 10th volume. The Kemurikage, mysterious figures of legend, threaten the Fire Nation with a dark prophecy: Remove Zuko from the throne or the country will perish. Zuko and his family, escorted by Avatar Aang and his friends, are unaware of the looming threat over the capital city and the unrest the New Ozai Society is brewing as they make their move against the crown, while children begin to go missing from their homes under mysterious circumstances. Avatar The Last Airbender continues to spin tales to please fans old and new. The exciting adventures and great art make them a must for graphic novel collections.
