The Picks:

Clarence 1 Clarence #1 – BOOM! Studios brings another Cartoon Network show to the printed page. Clarence is a typical fourth grader who is optimistic and sees the best in everyone. He is happy to play the day away with his best friends Jeff and Sumo, finding adventures everywhere, from the classroom to his own imagination. No matter what life might throw in Clarence’s path, he is kind and treats everyone like a friend. Clarence is a series we need to see more of, emphasizing the positive and that it doesn’t take much to be nice and be a friend. You can check out a preview right here at Good Comics for Kids!

Doctor Who TerrorformerDoctor Who The Twelfth Doctor Volume 1 Terrorformer HC – Titan Comics releases the first compilation of the Twelfth Doctor’s comic series, in hardcover no less! The Doctor and Clara must stop a Hyperion, a living star, from rampaging over the terraformed ice planet Isen IV, ruining a celebrity wedding, and trying to conquer the universe. Then a stop in India throws them into the midst of a hundreds of years old conspiracy to resurrect Kali, one of the most deadly aliens yet known. Just another day traveling with the Doctor. This first collection of the newest Doctor’s adventures is perfect for a library or any graphic/Doctor Who collection.
