The Picks:

Monster Motors The Curse Of Minivan Helsing #1 – The Monster Motors are back at IDW. Monster Motors are overrunning Transylvania, Kentucky. Vampire cars that suck gas from their victims and lunar-powered werewolf vehicles that grow fangs and claws when the moon is full prowl the town. Keeping them all in check is the job of Minivan Helsing, a four-wheeled monster hunter who hunts down Monster Motors and brings them to justice. He has set his sights on a new target: Genius mechanic Vic Frankenstein and his Frankenride, a monstrous Mack truck made from parts of fallen cars and trucks! The Monster Motors one-shot did really well for IDW last summer, so it’s no surprise they’re releasing a follow-up. Monsters and cars are both things kids love, so combining them is a brilliant idea!

LBX: The Super LBX, vol. 4 – The new volume from Perfect Square starts a new arc. It’s been a year since the fierce battle against the New Dawn Raisers, and suddenly every LBX around the world starts going out of control. Van Yamano, with his new partner Hiro, heads out on a journey around the world to find out why. This volume starts the second and final arc of the series, Double LBX Tournament. Filled with action and robots battling on command, this title is perfect for sci-fi, mecha, and gaming fans of any age.
