Showcase Presents Captain Carrot And His Amazing Zoo Crew TP – DC brings back another classic title for their Showcase Presents series. Not seen since the 1980’s, Captain Carrot and his fellow four-legged heroes of the JLA (Justa Lotta Animals) battle the evil forces of Brother Hood and A.C.R.O.S.T.I.C. Magical Alley-Kat-Abra, super-strong Pig-Iron, stretchable waterfowl Rubberduck, the super-speedster turtle Fastback, and more. They take on the dastardly deeds of the likes of Salamandroid, Feline Faust, The Wuz Wolf, and others, plus DC Universe villains Starro and Grodd. Filled with plenty of puns and crazy antics, this volume collects Captain Carrot and his Amazing Zoo Crew #1-20, a story from New Teen Titans #16, and The Oz-Wonderland War #1-3. Kids will love all the puns, and older fans will delight in the stroll down memory lane.
Rocky And Bullwinkle Moose On The Loose TP – IDW Publishing presents the first arc of the all new Rocky and Bullwinkle comic series. This trade collects the first four issues of the new series in one convenient book. With tales such as “The Psychic Sidekick,” “The Washed-Up Wizard,” “First Moose on the Moon,” and “The Burger Monster,” this is a trade for fans old and new. With the added bonus of four back-up stories featuring everybody’s favorite Mountie, Dudley Do-Right, this is a title that just can’t be passed up.
