The Picks:

Life With Archie #36 – Archie Comics shakes up the Archie Universe with another game-changing story. Archie Andrews has always stood up for his friends. Now, he will make the ultimate sacrifice in a story that deals with gun violence and stalking, friendship and true heroism. The Life with Archie universe stands apart from the regular universe as it shows possible futures for Archie, Betty, Veronica, and the gang, and this story arc will wrap up the series. The details of this story have made mainstream news headlines, but the true test of its success will be in the discussions it generates among its readers.

Monster High Hopes And Screams GN – Little, Brown brings the group of Monster High together for their first graphic novel. The friends of Monster High are putting together the very first online edition of the school newspaper, the Gory Gazette. Enjoy the escapades of Frankie Stein, Cleo de Nile, Ghoulia Yelps and the rest in this collection of seven brand new stories. Monster High has been a big hit with kids to tweens, and so should this new graphic novel series.
