The Picks:
Scooby-Doo Team-Up #4 – Scooby-Doo and the gang continue their tour of the DC Universe with this new team-up. Scooby-Doo and the gang get a call from the Robin of the Teen Titans. Titans Tower could be haunted by more than the “ghostly” pranks that Beast Boy and Cyborg have come up with. The gang take up the mystery and start to look into the thumps in the night, at least they would if Scooby, Shaggy, Cyborg and Beast boy ever stopped chowing down on pizza and start helping to look for clues! Scooby-Doo and the gang are finally branching away from the Batman stories and into the DC Universe proper as they take on plenty of spooky laughs with the superhero teens of Teen Titan Go! Fans of either title should pick this issue up. Check out our preview as well!
Pokemon Adventures Volume 22 GN – The adaptation of Ruby and Sapphire video game story line is coming to a head. The battle between Legendary Pokemon Groudon, the continent Pokemon, and Kyogre, the ocean Pokemon, continues, as does the battle to control the orbs that control them between Team Magma and Team Aqua. Long hidden secrets are revealed when tragedy strikes, and Ruby comes to a profound realization: Now it’s up to him and his secret Sixth Pokemon to try to turn things around. An epic battle between two legendary Pokemon is more than enough to make this a must-have volume, but the reveal of a secret Pokemon just makes it that much more necessary.
