Adventure Time 2014 Winter Special #1 – The Adventure Time avalanche continues at Boom! Studios with this new special. It’s winter time in the land of Ooo. This collection of short stories embraces the winter holiday spirit with four cold, snowy, sweater-wearing, chilling adventures! So curl up by the fire with a cup of hot chocolate and savor “Snow Hope,” where wooly sweaters go bad, as well as “Pups in Peril”, “A Sour Winter” and “Eye Scream.” Enjoy a snow day whether there’s snow on the ground or not.

Li’l Sonja #1 – Can’t get enough of the “Li’l” adventures? Neither can Dynamite Entertainment. Another one of their properties gets the “Li’l” treatment with this new one-shot. Li’l Sonja is a warrior girl who travels the land taking on monsters big and small. Her travels take her to a town plagued by eccentric bandits who steal things seemingly without rhyme or reason. She needs to figure out the thieves’ pattern in order to bring them to justice. The third in a five-week event, this issue features writer Jim Zub bringing the famous She-Devil with a Sword to a wider audience. Like the other titles in this event, the issue also includes a two-page activity sheet.
