The Picks:
Scribblenauts Unmasked A Crisis Of Imagination #1 – Read as well as play the new crossover from DC Comics. A dark fate awaits the DC Universe, warns Madame Xanadu. The demise of the Justice League and many other heroes, with villains rising up victorious, is in the cards, and there is one way to curtail this fate: The heroes of the DC Universe must team up with the Scribblenauts characters Maxwell and Lily. Based on the new video game Scribblenauts Unmasked: A DC Comics Adventure, fans can now read as well as play the adventure. Scribblenauts is popular with gamers, and the move to comics is perfect for kids. The cute art will attract them and the puzzle solving will draw them in, maybe literally!
Dinosaurs Volume 1 In The Beginning HC – Papercutz makes learning about dinosaurs fun with this new series. Join dinosaur hunter Indino Jones for this fun new series that looks at the life of dinosaurs through the eyes of kid dinos. This irreverent look at dinosaurs seeks to entertain and well as teach. It reminds me a lot of the Viz Media one-volume title Dinosaur Hour, which was hilarious. This book is filled with short, funny stories of the rough-and-tumble world of the mightiest beasts to ever walk the earth, and human kids, old and young, won’t want to pass it up.
