This issue features 4 short stories written by various creators, including a new adventure for Fiona and Cake, and Marceline takes a foray into the realm of being a good girl. This issue also features an exclusive preview of a new series to premiere on Cartoon Network, Steven Universe. It’s always a wild ride with the Adventure Time gang. My Little Pony 2013 Annual #1 – IDW releases the first annual for My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic with some great treats! This over-sized issue features all your favorite ponies from the movie Equestria Girls, which is set in an alternate world where the ponies look like human girls. By stepping through a magic mirror, Twilight Sparkle joins this world with all her friends. In addition to new looks and new friendship, there are new dangers, and a character Sunset Shimmer, a former pupil of Princess Celestia. This issue not only brings the world of the Equestria Girls more in line with the world of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic but also expands on Canterlot. Fans of the comics and TV series will want to pick this issue up.
