The Picks:

DC Super-Pets Character Encyclopedia TP – Capstone rounds up some of DC’s little known yet most beloved characters into one big book: The Super-Pets! Learn about Krypto, Superman’s loyal dog, Ace, Batman’s heroic hound, and the 200 other pets and their owners, many of which have never been seen before! Featured in this encyclopedia are in-depth profiles, stats, and history about the Worlds Greatest Pets, all illustrated by Art Baltazar, the Eisner Award-winning artist, who also did the art for Tiny Titans and Superman Family Adventures. If you’ve ever wanted to know more about DC’s super pets, wondered what kind of pet Green Lantern or Wonder Woman would have, or just love animals in general, then this book is for you.

Itty Bitty Hellboy #1 – Dark Horse jumps on the little superhero bandwagon! Hellboy, the supernatural hero with a big hand, gets the Baltazar treatment as he and his friends at the B.P.R.D. get itty-bitty. Join itty bitty Hellboy and his team as they investigate the sighting of a ghost named Rasputin. Meet his friends and find out who’s weirder. Discover what the B.P.R.D. is and what chicken soup has to do with any of it! Hellboy has been a big property for Dark Horse with live action and animated movies being made about him. Finally, his comic adventures can be put into the hands of his youngest fans! And since it’s by the creators of Tiny Titans and Superman Family Adventures, you can be sure it will be cute and entertaining.

I remember my childhood days when I was so fond of comics. These comics at affordable prices will cheer up the parents I guess!
