Blake And Mortimer Volume 13 The Curse Of The 30 Pieces Of Silver Part 1 GN – Cinebook is back! There were gone from Previews for a while but have returned with a vengeance! Playing catch up with their titles includes this all-ages title starting with a new story. Blake and Mortimer are working separately, Blake going after escaped prisoner Olrik while Mortimer heads to Greece to investigate an ancient chapel uncovered by an earthquake. Soon after, people are trying to kill Mortimer over a Roman silver coin that could be on of the 30 denarii paid to Judas for his betrayal of Jesus. Blake and Mortimer combines the excitement of an action story with the extraordinary phenomena that can be found in science; it stands with other great action stories such as Johnny Quest, Indiana Jones, and Tomb Raider. Kids and adults will love these adventures.
My Little Pony Micro-Series #5 – IDW features the wackiest of all the mane six with an issue devoted to Pinkie Pie! Pinkie Pie’s role model, the famous clown Ponyacci, comes to Ponyville, and she is excited to see him perform in person. But when she learns a startling secret about him that could ruin his career, she is determined to save the master of mirth! Pinkie Pie sets out to prove the value of laughter, and when she puts her mind to something, the rest of the world better look out! This fourth-wall-breaking, dimension-warping hot pink pony is a fan favorite, so don’t miss out on this issue. It’s sure to be a sell out!
