Preview: Archie and Friends Double Digest #23
Hey, it’s comics about cartoonists—Riverdale style! In Archie and Friends Double Digest #23, out this week in comics shops, we get two stories about the struggles of the creative life. First Chuck Clayton ignores his girlfriend, Nancy, because he’s too busy cartooning, and then when Chuck tries to help a fellow creator come up with some female characters, all his ideas are duds. Check out the first couple of pages of each chapter in our exclusive preview, and then check out the whole thing on Wednesday.
Oh, and it kicks off with a sweet cover by the classic Archie artist Dan DeCarlo.
