Links: Pureheart flies again!

August 27, 2012 by Brigid Alverson   Leave a Comment

Steve Morris says goodbye to The Dandy, the venerable British kids’ comic that will cease print publication later this year.

Marvel will package an Avengers: Season One graphic novel with the Blu-Ray version of the Avengers movie for Wal-Mart; this appears to be the only way the book will be available, at least for now.

Jamal Igle, who once drew Supergirl, has done a variant cover for Life With Archie #26 that features the Riverdale gang as Pureheart the Powerful and his posse. Igle is also trying to fund his creator-owned comic, Molly Danger, via a Kickstarter campaign; the comic will be the story of a ten-year-old girl with super powers.
