Preview: The Avalon Chronicles
If you’re lucky enough to be at Emerald City Comic Con this weekend, you could pick up a copy of The Avalon Chronicles at the Oni Press booth; otherwise, you’ll have to wait a few weeks for this delightful teen-fantasy graphic novel by Christina Weir and Nunzio DeFilippis, illustrated by Emma Vieceli. Is this a new edition of the original “Once in a Blue Moon” book published in 2004? I loved that story and always wanted to see it continue.
It is a relaunch of that series. And it’s going to go forward now. Volume 2 is being illustrated and Volume 3 is being written.
