Preview: Power Lunch
Power Lunch, just released last week by Oni Press, is a light-hearted spin on the superhero genre. Joey avoids any food that isn’t white, because colored foods have a strange effect on him—they give him super powers. Written by J. Torres (Alison Dare; Lola: A Ghost Story) and illustrated by Dean Trippe (Butterfly), this book is a tasty treat for readers of all ages.
