DC Super-Pets – This new series from Capstone’s imprint Picture Window Books features the super pets of DC Comics super heroes. Join Ace the Bat-Hound, Krypto the Super-Dog, Streaky the Super-Cat, Jumpa the Kangaroo and Topo the Octopus as they fight the evil deeds of such villainous animals as the Penguin’s Bad News Birds, ROZZ the Siamese cat, Chauncy the Cheetah and Black Manta’s minions Misty and Sneezers! Using colorful text, sound effects and illustrations, these books are written for emerging readers, but may draw in reluctant readers as well.
