In a column at the Wall Street Journal’s Speakeasy, Anya’s Ghost creator Vera Brosgol talks about being an awkward immigrant kid with a knack for drawing comics.

J. Caleb Mozzocco takes a look at Capstone’s DC Super-Pets chapter books, which feature generous helpings of art by Tiny Titans artist Art Baltazar.

Scott Westerfeld is doing a manga-style graphic novel based on Uglies, and he answers some questions about it at his blog.
