VIZ MEDIA
Pokemon Adventures Volume 10 TP (2nd Edition), $7.99 ^^AA Pick^^

The Picks:

Canteville Ghost: The Graphic Novel – A faithful adaptation of Oscar Wilde’s parody on the traditional gothic horror story. American Hiram B. otis and his family moves into the English mansion of Canterville Chase, much to the annoyance of resident ghost, Sir Simon. He tries to scare the Otises, but all of his attempts fail against the gauche and materialistic Americans. Kids will love all the humor as the Americans are not only NOT scared by Sir Simon, but often turn the tails on his many attempts to scare him. Readers looking for more serious moments will also enjoy the scenes with Sir Simon and Virginia. It’s a great way to introduce a classic story with social commentary as well as being a fun tale.

Pokemon Adventures Volume 10 (2nd Edition) – There’s a new trainer and new pokemon in town! Crystal, a young pokemon trainer, heads out to Cherrygrove City to help Professor Oak with his research. With a new Pokedex, her goal is to catch new pokemon. But what will happen when the Legendary Pokemon Suicune awakens? This volume is based on the games, Gold, Silver and Crystal, and features a female trainer for the first time! Even though it is based on a property, Pokemon has remained both true to it roots and entertaining. Kids and Pokemon fans will love this new chapter with more pokemon to see.
