Fantagraphics, better known for their art comics than for kids’ stuff, is publishing two children’s comics by European artists, The Littlest Pirate King, by David B., and Toys in the Basement, by Stéphane Blanquet. And Robot 6 has a preview of The Littlest Pirate King as well.

The venerable British kids’ comic The Dandy is being rebooted—I grew up reading it, and it was old when I was young. Indeed some of the new strips have a very classic look to them.
