Interview: Jennifer Holm
On Friday, July 23, while attending San Diego International Comic-Con, I ran around like a madwoman, rounding up as many of my favorite kids comics creators as I could and asking them all the exact same questions. Keep in mind, Comic-Con is crazy loud and crazy busy, so there is a lot of background noise. Let me know in the comments if you trouble hearing anything and I’ll translate for you.
My first victim was Jennifer Holm, author of the extremely popular Babymouse series, which her younger brother Matt Holm illustrates. She is also the author of several prose books, including the Newbery Honor books Our Only May Amelia and Penny From Heaven.
