October 15, 2009 by Lori Henderson   Leave a Comment

It was a summer of fun reading with all the comics, graphic novels and manga coming out for kids this quarter.  From superheroes of all sizes and shapes to graphic adaptations of old and new favorite tales, to young girls and their strange worlds, there was a lot of good books to read.  The picks that make up this list are taken from the weekly comics new releases list.  All titles are rated for ages up to 12, according to publishers ratings, when available.  They are broken up by Comics (floppies), Graphic Novels, and Manga.  All links refer back to original posts.  Check the Review Index, July-September 2009 to see if any reviews of these titles are listed and check them out!
